# AI Builder Overview

Hostinger AI Builder in agentic mode — build websites, web apps and online stores by chatting with AI, what each project includes, and how plans and AI credits work.

**Hostinger AI Builder** builds websites, web apps, and online stores from a conversation. Describe what you want in chat and the AI writes the code, sets up the database and server logic, and shows a live preview. When you're ready, publish to Hostinger hosting in one click and connect your own domain.

This section covers **agentic mode** — the chat-driven mode where AI writes and changes the code. AI Builder also has a **manual mode** with drag-and-drop editing, which isn't covered here.

AI Builder lives at [ai-builder.hostinger.com](https://ai-builder.hostinger.com) and is reachable from **Websites** in hPanel.

## What you can build

* **Websites** — business sites, portfolios, landing pages, restaurants, blogs.
* **Web apps** — tools with user accounts, dashboards, data entry, bookings and internal tools, backed by a real database.
* **Online stores** — product catalogs with cart and checkout through [Hostinger Ecommerce](/ai-builder/ecommerce.md).
* **AI-powered apps** — chat assistants, text and image generation inside your own site, without API keys ([Integrated AI](/ai-builder/integrated-ai.md)).

AI Builder builds for the web. Native mobile apps and browser extensions aren't supported.

You don't need to set up servers, databases, or third-party accounts. The AI adds each piece when your project needs it.

## Plans and AI credits

AI Builder is included with Hostinger hosting plans. Without a plan you can try it free for 7 days, but you can't publish until you have one. Plans differ in how many websites you can create and how many AI credits are included.

Chat messages that the AI acts on consume **AI credits**, with the cost depending on how complex the request is. Direct text, image, and code edits that you save yourself are free. See [Plans & AI Credits](/ai-builder/plans-and-credits.md).
