# Email Overview

Overview of Hostinger email products and plans, the Emails section of hPanel, and the getting started path from mailbox creation to DNS and device setup.

Professional email on your own domain, managed from the **Emails** section of hPanel. Create mailboxes, read mail in Webmail or any mail app, and keep deliverability healthy with guided DNS setup.

## Email products

This documentation covers **Hostinger Email**. Titan and Google Workspace are set up through hPanel but managed day-to-day in their own consoles.

## Hostinger Email plans

* **Free Business Email** — included with eligible hosting plans. A set number of mailboxes per domain (depends on your hosting plan), with essential features: basic spam protection, one forwarding rule, and one alias per mailbox.
* **Free trial** — try a paid plan for **30 days** with **1 mailbox**, no charge.
* **Paid plans — Pro, Standard, Premium** — priced per mailbox, with no cap on how many mailboxes you can add to a domain. Paid plans add larger mailbox storage (up to 50 GB per mailbox depending on the tier, expandable with add-on storage), more forwarders and aliases, advanced spam/malware/phishing protection, AI mail tools, no Hostinger branding in Webmail, and [Agentic Mail](/emails/agentic-mail.md).

Exact limits per plan — storage, daily sending, message size, attachment size, recipients per message, alias and forwarder quotas — are shown in hPanel under **Mailboxes** → **View limits**.

## The Emails list

**Emails** in the top navigation lists every email plan on your account with its domain, plan, mailbox count, expiry date, and status (for example **Expiring soon**, **Setup not finished**, or **Domain suspended** — each with a shortcut to fix it). Plans shared with you by other accounts appear in a separate tab.

## Getting started

A new email plan shows a **getting started** checklist: connect your domain, send your first email from Webmail, set up apps and devices, and import your old emails. The typical path:
