Creating Your First Website

Step-by-step guide to creating a website on Hostinger in hPanel, choosing a platform like WordPress or Node.js, assigning a domain, and picking a datacenter.

Requirements

• An active Hostinger hosting plan

• A domain (or use a free subdomain)

Steps

1. Open hpanel.hostinger.com and log in.

2. Click Websites in the top navigation.

3. Click Add website, then choose to create a new website (or Migrate Website to bring an existing one — see Migrate Website).

4. Pick a platform:

5. Assign a domain — an existing domain, a free *.hostingersite.com subdomain, or a custom domain to connect later.

6. Pick a datacenter close to your audience.

7. Confirm. Provisioning takes a few seconds.
