# Reach Overview

Overview of Hostinger Reach, the AI-powered email marketing product — workspaces, the main sections of the app, built-in AI tools, and how plans and AI credits work.

**Hostinger Reach** is an email marketing product: build a contact list, design emails, and send campaigns or automated flows. It's separate from mailbox hosting — Reach sends marketing email *to* your audience, while [Hostinger Email](/emails/overview.md) gives you mailboxes to read and write your own mail.

Reach lives at [reach.hostinger.com](https://reach.hostinger.com), reachable from **Email marketing** in hPanel.

## Workspaces

Each Reach plan is an independent **workspace** with its own contacts, campaigns, settings, sending domain, and limits. Nothing is shared between workspaces.

If you manage several brands or sites, buy a separate Reach plan for each and move between them with **Switch workspace** in the account menu. When you have more than one, Reach asks which to open at sign-in.

> **Note:** A workspace connects to one sending domain at a time. Plan your workspaces around domains rather than around campaigns.

## AI in Reach

AI is woven through the product rather than sitting in one place:

* **Email and template generation** — describe what you want and Reach writes the copy, builds the layout, and applies your brand.
* **Campaign ideas** — suggestions based on your brand details and the time of year. Browsing them is free.
* **Campaign drafts** — turn an idea into a full draft: strategy, email, and a suggested audience.
* **Subject lines** — generated from the template you've chosen.
* **Segments from a description** — describe an audience in plain language and Reach proposes the matching conditions.
* **Form generation** — build a signup form from a prompt.
* **Quality checker** — reviews a finished email and flags what could be improved before you send.
* **Send-time optimization** — spreads a send so each contact receives it when they're most likely to open.

The quality of AI output depends heavily on your [brand settings](/reach/settings.md#brand-settings), which is where Reach reads your tone, colors, logo, and what you sell.

## Plans and AI credits

Reach has a free plan and several paid tiers. Plans differ in how many people you can reach each month, how many emails you can send, and how many AI credits you get. Some features — including activating automations, send-time optimization, the quality checker, the HTML editor, removing Reach branding, and [collaborators](/reach/settings.md#collaborators) — need a paid plan.

AI actions consume **AI credits**. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets at the start of the month and does not roll over; the free plan includes no monthly credits, though new accounts get a one-time welcome batch. You can buy more credits or upgrade when you run out.

Your current usage and remaining credits are in **Settings** → **Your plan**. For what each tier includes, see the [Reach product page](https://www.hostinger.com/reach).
