# Settings

Configure Hostinger Reach — sender name and address, brand details that guide AI generation, double opt-in, plan usage and AI credits, and team collaborators.

Workspace-level configuration. Find it under **Settings**. The sending domain has its own page — see [Sending Domain](/reach/sending-domain.md).

## Sender details

The name and address your mail comes from, and what recipients see first in their inbox.

The address uses your connected [sending domain](/reach/sending-domain.md), so you choose the part before the `@`. A preview shows how the sender name and address appear in an inbox.

Pick something recognizable — a company name, or a person at the company. Recipients decide whether to open based largely on the sender, and an unfamiliar one gets ignored or reported.

## Brand settings

Brand settings are the single biggest lever on AI output quality. Everything Reach generates — templates, campaign drafts, subject lines, forms — is built from what it finds here.

Filling in the **About** section properly is what separates generic AI copy from something that sounds like your business. Colors and fonts are reused as the defaults for [global styles](/reach/templates.md#global-styles) in the editor.

## Subscribe settings

**Double opt-in** decides what happens when someone signs up through a [form](/reach/forms.md).

With it **off**, a new contact is **Subscribed** straight away and can be emailed immediately.

With it **on**, the contact is created as **Waiting for opt-in** and Reach emails them a confirmation link. Clicking it makes them **Subscribed**. Until then they receive no campaigns or automations. You can set the confirmation email's subject and sender address, and preview both the email and the confirmation page.

> **Note:** Confirmation links don't expire and aren't resent automatically. Contacts who never confirm stay pending indefinitely without being mailed — clear them out after a few weeks.

Double opt-in costs you some signups but is worth it: a confirmed list bounces less, complains less, and protects the domain reputation every future campaign depends on. Some jurisdictions require it.

## Your plan

Current usage against your plan's monthly allowances:

* **Unique recipients** — how many different people you've emailed this month. Emailing the same person again doesn't add to this.
* **Emails** — total sent this month.
* **AI credits** — remaining credits for AI features.

Each shows how much is left, and warns as you approach the limit. Running out of recipients doesn't stop you emailing people you've already contacted this month; running out of emails stops sending until the reset.

AI credits refresh monthly and don't roll over. You can buy more without changing plan, or upgrade for a larger monthly allowance. For what each tier includes, see the [Reach product page](https://www.hostinger.com/reach).

## Collaborators

Collaborators let other people work in your Reach [workspace](/reach/overview.md#workspaces) — useful when a marketer or agency runs campaigns on your behalf.

Access is granted through hPanel's account sharing rather than inside Reach. The person you invite needs their own Hostinger account, accepts an emailed invitation, and then opens your Reach workspace from their own hPanel. What they can do depends on the role you assign.

Collaborators require a paid plan.
