# Transactional Emails

Customize the order, shipping, subscription and other store emails your Hostinger Ecommerce customers receive, from inside Hostinger Reach.

Transactional emails are the messages your store sends automatically when something happens to an order — a confirmation, a shipping update, a gift card, an appointment change. Reach lets you restyle them so they match the rest of your email.

Find them under **Transactional emails**. The item appears when your plan includes transactional emails and a [Hostinger Ecommerce store is connected](/reach/integrations.md#sites-and-stores). For what each tier includes, see the [Reach product page](https://www.hostinger.com/reach).

## The email list

Emails are grouped by what triggers them: **Order confirmation**, **Subscriptions**, **Shipping**, **Digital file download**, **Appointments**, **Gift card**, **Invoices**, **Product reviews**, **Store notifications**, and **Other**. Each one says when it's sent — for example, a shipping confirmation goes out when an order is marked as fulfilled.

Emails you've changed are labelled **Customized**. For each email:

* **Preview** — see it with sample data. Real order details are filled in when it's sent, and its language follows your store settings.
* **Edit template** — open it in the editor.
* **Reset to default** — from **More actions** on a customized email. Your version is deleted and the default email is sent again. This can't be undone.

## Editing

The editor is the same one used for [templates](/reach/templates.md), with one difference: an email's original text, links and images are filled in for each customer when it sends, so they can't be edited. You can still:

* change styling and colors
* add your own content around the automated parts

Save to see your changes in the preview. Earlier versions are kept, so you can restore one — the version you replace stays in the history too.
