# Hostinger Reach Plugin

Connect a WordPress site to Hostinger Reach with the Hostinger Reach plugin — add subscription forms, sync contacts from form plugins, and send WooCommerce events to Reach automations.

The **Hostinger Reach** plugin connects your WordPress site to [Hostinger Reach](/reach/overview.md), Hostinger's email marketing product. It collects subscribers from Reach forms and from the form plugins you already use, syncs them to Reach in real time, and sends WooCommerce checkout, purchase, and abandoned-cart events to your [automations](/reach/automations.md).

The plugin is the WordPress side of the connection. Campaigns, templates, contacts, and plans are managed in Reach itself.

* **WordPress.org:** [wordpress.org/plugins/hostinger-reach](https://wordpress.org/plugins/hostinger-reach/)
* **Works on:** any WordPress host, not only Hostinger
* **Requires:** WordPress 6.3 or later, PHP 8.1 or later

## Install the plugin

Install the plugin in any of these ways:

* **From Reach (Hostinger sites).** In Reach, go to **Integrations** → **WordPress** and choose your site. Reach installs the plugin if it's missing and connects the site in the same step — no further setup needed.
* **From hPanel (Hostinger sites).** Go to **Websites** → your website → **Dashboard** → **WordPress** → **Overview**, and click **Install** next to Hostinger Reach under **Recommended installations**.
* **From the WordPress admin (any host).** Go to **Plugins** → **Add New Plugin**, search for **Hostinger Reach**, then install and activate it. You can also download it from **Connect site from another provider** on the Reach **Integrations** page and upload it.

Once installed, the plugin adds a **Reach** item to the WordPress admin menu. If other Hostinger plugins are active, it appears under **Hostinger** → **Reach** instead. Only administrators can manage it.

## Connect the site

Each Reach [workspace](/reach/overview.md#workspaces) connects to one WordPress site. Sites connected from Reach are already linked — skip this step.

### One-click connection

1. In the WordPress admin, open **Reach**.
2. Click **Connect site**.
3. Sign in to your Hostinger account and confirm the connection in Reach. You're returned to WordPress with the site connected.

### Connect with an API token

If you can't use one-click connection:

1. In the plugin, click **Connect with API token**.
2. In Reach, create a token in the **API tokens** section at the bottom of **Integrations**, and copy it — it's shown only once. See [API tokens](/reach/integrations.md#api-tokens).
3. Paste the token into **Your API token** and click **Connect**.

> **Note:** Subdomains can't be connected. Use your main domain or a Hostinger temporary domain.

## Collect contacts with forms

The **Forms** section of the plugin page lists every form that can send contacts to Reach — both Reach forms and forms from supported plugins.

### Add a Reach form

Reach forms are designed in the Reach [form builder](/reach/forms.md) and placed on your site with:

| Where             | How                                                                                                                     |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Block editor** | Add the **Reach Subscription Form** block, choose **Use Form builder template**, and pick a form with **Select a form** |
| **Elementor** | Drag the **Hostinger Reach** widget onto the page and pick a form |
| **Anywhere else** | Paste the shortcode `[hostinger_reach_form formbuilderid="FORM_ID"]`, replacing `FORM_ID` with your form's ID           |

From the **Forms** section, **Add form** can also create a new page for the form, or add it to an existing page. Use **Edit in Reach** to change a form's design.

The block's **Use classic Reach block** option adds a simple built-in form with optional name and surname fields, for sites that don't use the form builder.

### Connect a form plugin

1. In the **Forms** section, click **Connect plugin**.
2. Pick a supported plugin and connect it — or click **Install and connect** if it isn't installed yet.
3. Its forms appear in the list. Click **Refresh forms** if a new form is missing.

Supported plugins:

* Brave Popup Builder
* Contact Form 7
* Elementor Pro (forms)
* Forminator
* Ninja Forms
* OptinMonster
* SureForms
* Thrive Leads
* WPForms Lite

WooCommerce is connected separately — see [WooCommerce](#woocommerce).

A form needs an email field to sync.

### Control syncing per form

Each form has a **Forms syncing with Reach** toggle. Turn it off and the form shows **Auto-sync off** — new submissions stay in WordPress and aren't sent to Reach. When you turn it back on, the plugin offers to import the contacts collected in the meantime.

### Import past submissions

Bring contacts collected before you connected Reach into your list with **Import Contacts**. Importing past entries is available for Elementor Pro, Forminator, Ninja Forms, OptinMonster, SureForms, and Thrive Leads. Each form shows **Imported**, **Partially imported**, or **Not imported**. For other plugins, export the entries and use **Upload as CSV** in Reach instead.

### How contacts are organized

Contacts synced from a form are tagged with the form's name — or the plugin name, when the form has none. Reach also creates a [segment](/reach/segments.md) with the same name, filtered by that tag, so you can email everyone who signed up through the form. Forms that share a name share one tag and one segment.

## WooCommerce

The **WooCommerce** section of the plugin page connects your store so orders and carts can start Reach [automations](/reach/automations.md). Click **Connect WooCommerce**, then switch on the store events you want to send:

| Event               | What it does                                                                                        |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Checkout** | Adds a "Subscribe to our newsletter" checkbox to checkout, so buyers can opt in to marketing emails |
| **Purchases** | Sends completed orders to Reach |
| **Abandoned carts** | Sends carts left without an order. A cart counts as abandoned one hour after it was last updated |

Only contacts who opted in can receive automated marketing emails.

You can also import your existing **WooCommerce Customers** — up to 10,000 contacts per import.

> **Tip:** Themes can override the checkout checkbox by copying the template to `yourtheme/hostinger-reach/optin-checkbox.php`.

## Troubleshooting

### "Reach is already connected to another site"

A workspace connects to one WordPress site at a time. Disconnect the other site in Reach first, or connect this site to a different workspace.

### The connection broke

Syncing pauses while the site is disconnected and resumes once you reconnect. Forms keep working for visitors in the meantime.

### A form doesn't appear in the Forms section

Click **Refresh forms**. Check that the form has an email field and that its plugin is in the supported list.

### Contacts from a form aren't arriving in Reach

Check that the form's **Forms syncing with Reach** toggle is on.
